Transforming boring corporate training into an addictive daily habit.
Learna, a micro-learning app, set out to fix workplace training by offering essential people skills in brief, impactful lessons. Traditional professional development is often seen as costly, time-consuming, and disconnected from reality. Our goal was to create a brand identity that made Learna’s new, bite-sized approach feel accessible, engaging, and rewarding, seamlessly integrating into the flow of a busy workday for both employees and HR leaders.
CHALLENGE
The core challenge was to create a brand that could overcome the deep-seated stigma of corporate training. We needed to design an experience that felt human, motivational, and desirable—something employees would want to use daily, rather than feel forced to. The brand had to break free from the “boring B2B” mould, building an approachable personality that could connect with individual users on an emotional level while still appealing to the HR leaders who purchase the software.
APPROACH
Our approach was to blend familiar classroom nostalgia with a modern, uplifting design. We crafted a visual identity using a calming yet vibrant color palette and chalkboard-inspired icons to evoke a sense of trust and curiosity. The growth-focused tone of voice, paired with concise, motivational phrases, reinforced a supportive learning experience. This balance of nostalgia and innovation transformed micro-lessons from a corporate chore into an enjoyable daily habit that users genuinely look forward to.
